We have joined a network of almost 600 other electric cooperatives from around the country to form a new brand of energy:

We've combined forces because we all agree that providing outstanding customer service and being active in and committed to our local communities is our number one job.

We have incorporated the Touchstone Energy name and logo in all of our printed material to help us reflect that commitment.  Our tagline, “The power of human connections”, also captures our dedication to premier customer service.

As a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, we must:

Be responsive to our members’ expectations and requirements for prompt and reliable service.
Meet or exceed national standards of customer service.
Undergo a peer review by representatives from other Touchstone Energy Cooperatives to make sure we maintain those standards.
