Your Office Department is available to assist you with billing, DIRECTV, Internet / E-Mail connection questions, and capital credits information.

Payment: Payment may be made by mail to Cooperative Light & Power at 1554 Highway 2, P. O. Box 69, Two Harbors, MN 55616. If you choose to stop by our office to pay, our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Our phone number is (218) 834-2226.
